I hate Nvidia drivers. They never work! There have been like 5-6 new drivers released to update my card but i have tried nearly all of them and found myself reverting back to the old driver i got with my card when i bought it.

Yeah, NV seemed to go downhill when they added that 3d control applet or whatever it was, the best driver was the one right before that.

As I promised, I ran the tests on my new rig. wasn't sure what we were using so i just did 03 and 05. I don't feel like waiting for a 500MB download to do 06. 03 05 This is before I overclock. I will post results again once I do.

Sweet, not bad scores.. Same GPU as nighthawk, its gonna be interesting comparing the two, at around 2.8-3ghz on the cpu. Also would be interesting to see how the 7900GTX Fares against my X1900XT at the same cpu clocks, my 13,448 Score was with my cpu at 3151mhz.
I get 12600 with video card at stock, and cpu at 2.8ghz(everyday settings)

All I really want to turn out is about 3.0GHz w/o changing stock voltage. That will be plenty for me. Everything already runs real smooth anyway.
Do you think it would be better to use the OC tools like AI NOS and AI Booster that came with the mobo or just do it the old fashioned way in the BIOS?

BIOS is always the best way to set a solid everyday overclock.. then you can mess with it a little here and there with the software.
The bios allows timings, and such to be changed on the memory accordingly with the speed.. when you use the software to up the FSB, it cant change the timings as needed on the memory.
3ghz should be no problem with that cpu. You're on a P965 Chipset arent you?
