ur going to setup a system with dual 8800 gtx ultra vid card . man r u serious or a bit . that would really help u boost the 3dmark score lol . i am running one now ball i am runing 8800 bfg 768 ultra cards in sli mode now the wife will not be

No ball i am runing 2 bfg 8800gtx ultras cards now i am going to build the wife her new pc her make her pc better then mine just in the cpu Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 Conroe 2.93GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557X6800 - Retail and vid card i am going with for her is EVGA 768-P2-N887-AR GeForce 8800Ultra 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail but she will NOT BE in SLI mode like me

No offense but you'd have to be an idiot to buy a core 2 extreme processor.. the only difference is the unlocked multi.. and these cpus are so easily overclocked you'd just be throwing money away.

your right but she needs something better maybe it alittle to hard core and overboard but i am just looking right now i know i am getting her the card thats for sure cpu its 1600.bucks i am might just get her 6300 core 2

Yeah, im liking the quad.. runs cooler than i thought it would.. and clocks really well too. Those are load temps running superpi at 3.6ghz

yea they really run cool as well mine runs at under a full load and been gameing for 2hr or 3hrs no more then 40c not on a full load stays 30c to 28c its how the room temp goes too

Is that using the stock heatsink SgtCookie? Pretty nice temps considering the OC, did you have to up the voltage much?
