1) Make a new document (mine's 550x95). Now press "D" on your keyboard to reset the foreground and background colors to black and white. Make sure your background is WHITE. 2) Apply Filter->Render->Clouds. Then Filter->Sketch->Halftone Pattern and use these settings: (1,5,Dot). 3) Press CTRL + U (brings up hue/saturation) put in these settings (202,50,0) don't forget to click "colorize" or you cant put in values of over 180. 4) Duplicate the layer (CTRL + J) then change the blend mode to "Color Dodge". 5) Apply these Hue settings to the copy layer (select copy -> CTRL+U->(218,100,-52). That's it. Play around with settings, you can do some cool stuff.

pretty cool effect, play arounbd with adjusment layes like curves, and gradient maps, thn different layes settings, cn get really cool effects without brushin
