World spawn is used for lighting. Do not get this confused with spawn points. The list is very long. When I'm mapping I have a printed out list of all these sitting next to me for quick reference.
So, to put these settings in correctly select all 6 outer walls of your skybox --> Press "N" on your keyboard to open up the entities menu. In the first window of the entities box, scroll down to the bottom and click on worldspawn. Then go down to the bottom to where it says "Key:" "Value:". This is where you enter the settings. In the list below are two sets of quotes. In the first set of quotes is the KEY, the second set of quotes is the VALUE.
For example if I was entering settings for mp_breakout I would put...
KEY:northyaw
VALUE:90
...then press ENTER. The settings you just entered will be transfered to the list, which is located just above where you type them in. To type the next set of settings just clear the Key and Value fields and put in the new stuff.
